Choosing and Installing Bespoke Fitted Wardrobes in a Period Home

Buying a period home brings a different set of challenges to a modern built home. Victorian and Edwardian homes are very different to post-war housing and go back earlier than that and the differences are even more pronounced. Period homes bring issues of requiring more maintenance, strange shaped rooms – for example, you might have a huge bathroom because it’s been converted from a bedroom, and you’re more likely to have a separate dining room rather than a kitchen diner. One of the biggest differences is storage, and particularly in the bedroom.
